Is there any quota for International Foundation for Medicine?
Yes, we will restrict the 2009-10 intake to an absolute maximum of 24, as we only wish to select well-qualified students whom we believe have the ability to succeed. We do not necessarily aim to fill up all 24 places as that will depend on the students’ qualifications. We are not short of applications but would like to focus on having the right quality of candidates. It is not in anyone’s interest to select students who do not have a good chance of passing the programme.
