Is there any private financing available for Turneffe Estates?
If a Buyer puts down 30%, the developers, Villas del Norte, will finance the remaining 70% at a rate of 10% annually. *Turneffe Estates will own and operate its own water ferry and small aircraft for the use of the owners and their guests. The ferry, a 38 Bradley, will run several times a day, back and forth from Belize City. Passengers will be required to cover the cost of fuel. The Cesna 172 will be able to fly from the atoll to any airstrip/airport on mainland Belize or the Cayes. Owners will have access to this service at a considerably reduced rate, again, basically to cover the cost of fuel.
