Is there any preferred size of the research team?
None, so long as the scheme budget limits are adhered to, teams can consist of 1 to 100 members. What should be considered concerning the composition of the team, in particular as regards mobility, status, etc. Anyone can be considered as part of the team, however, as this grant is designed to develop early stage career independence it may not necessarily assist your development, or communicate your readiness to lead an independent team if you include senior colleagues.
