They would fall under the Nonfiction categories — either Previously Published or Unpublished, as the entry applied. They probably would fight an uphill battle, though, because they would be competing against narrative articles, which generally evoke more conflict, contrast, pathos, humor, etc. Q&A’s certainly can do more than simply ask and answer questions, but few do.
