Is there any other life on other planets besides Earth according to Islam and Quran?
Up until the late 1960’s the religious leaders of Saudi Arabia were publicly advising the king that the Koran said the Earth was the center of the universe, and so it was a heresy to believe that the Earth orbited the sun. And even today, religious leaders in the Middle East criticize scientists for not looking to the Koran for scientific enlightenment. And in much of the Islamic world, belief in another species of human, the Jinn, who live partly in this world and partly in a spirit plane, but who can influence events and interbreed with people, remains strong. I don’t know what the Koran might or might not say about other planets and life thereupon, but it is does not have any scientifically valid point of view on the issue.
