Any purchase made at the Lladró online shop is assured against breakage and is covered for 100% of its price(*). In the event that any piece purchased via our online shop is damaged in the twelve months subsequent to the date of purchase, Lladró will restore it for you free of charge through LAP (Lladró Assurance Program), and if necessary, shall replace it with the same piece or another of the same value. After the first year, you will have 33% coverage on the value of the piece. Therefore, in case of breakage, you may purchase a replacement piece at 66% of the original price. In case you decide to make use of Lladró Assurance Program, simply contact our Consumer Relations Department.
