Yes, there is. Siemens is manufacturing so called SCALANCE switches which can be connected to antennas (2.4GHz / 5 GHz) which can transmit data up to 500 feet. On the other side of the communication line there is another antenna and switch needed to receive the data. Most common Siemens antennas are the ‘Omni Antenna’ and the ‘Directional Antenna’. The difference between these two antennas is the distance of transmitting data.
