Is there any ongoing Congressional investigation on the adverse health effects of RF radiation?

On November 3, 2008, Representative Dennis Kucinich, Chairman of the Domestic Policy Subcommittee, sent a letter asking FCC Chairman Kevin Martin to consider the potential health effects before voting on an Order that would authorize the use of the ‘White Space’ spectrum for wireless devices operating in the home. Skeptics have expressed concern that the use of the White Space spectrum would result in the repeated and long-term exposure to RF radiation, to which the human health effects are not adequately known. On November 4th, 2008, the FCC adopted the Second Report and Order, which allowed such use. In September and October 2008, Representative Kucinich also chaired a hearing on the adverse health effects of wireless technology. As public concern remains and grows, additional hearings and investigations are foreseeable.
