Is there any monetary compensation for an accepted student?
Yes. Fellowship stipends are $25,000 per year. Scholars are also provided with roundtrip travel to the foreign site, insurance through the FICRS Support Center or insurance reimbursement ($4,000 for 12 months of coverage), and educational materials. No provision for loan forgiveness is involved in the compensation package.
