No. Applications and petitions must be in hand by 5 p.m. on April 1. If you are in danger of missing the application deadline, you may fax the documents to me by 5 p.m. on April 1. However, the original documents must be provided within 24 hours by overnight mail. If the originals do not arrive, your petition will not be validated.
