Is there any law regarding disposal of medical wastes?
Compliance is the law. All state and the federal laws require “cradle to grave” waste tracking of medical waste and sharps disposal. Our bar coding system follows your waste from the time it leaves your office to the time it is destroyed. Once your waste is disposed of, your office will receive a “Destruction Certificate” that states the date and time that your waste was destroyed.
