Is there any law in India prohibiting depiction of Frontal Nudity in Mainstream Media…like newspapers?
This is more a matter of custom and culture than coming under the province of law. What is common sense and good taste in one part of the country would vary in another section. Also the specific purpose of the publication would determine whether such depiction is or is not offensive to the general population.
