The following information should be reviewed before installing the Kofax Capture Import Connector – Fax 2.0 product. • The KCIC – Fax 2.0 product must be installed on a system where a supported version of Kofax/Ascent Capture is running. • Once the KCIC – Fax 2.0 product is installed, the KCIC – Fax Import Service must be started. You can either manually start the service from the Windows Services dialog or restart the server on which the KCIC – Fax Import Service is installed.
