Is there any impact In indian capital market by FIIs activity?
It is not true that the FIIs are controlling the Indian Stock Market. They can definitely imopact the Stock market but the Indian stock market is not entirely dependent on FIIs. Their sudden movement may cause some temporaty fluctuations. If they exit suddenly Indian finaicial institutions can suppost the market. Ours is mostly a domestic market. So, the notion that Indian stock market is entirely dependent on FIIs is not accptable.
