Is there any Grievance Redressal mechanism?
Allottees are the important customers for the TNHB. On every Monday, Executive Enigneer / Allottess Service Manager and Superintending Engineers of the Circles shall be personally present in their respective office. The allottees can approach them for grievance redressal. At Board’s level, the allottees can either meet the Managing Director or Secretary & personnel officer on Mondays for grievance redressal . The Petitions received on Grievance Redressal day are given utmost importance and disposed as quickly as possible.
