Is there any gaurentee that Premier Judgment Recovery will be able to enforce my judgment?
No. Sometimes there are just no assets to seize. Sometimes debtors are exempt from the judgment enforcement process. However, debtors do not always remain uncollectable. A change of circumstances, even years later, could make a difference. No file should be closed until it is enforced or by order of a bankruptcy court. We will do our best because we are paid only if we recover funds.
