Funding study on one of the courses is obviously a big factor for anyone thinking of applying. Many of our students are funded by the Student Awards Agency for Scotland (SAAS). They approve certain courses such that a fixed number of students will have their fees for the PGDip element paid, and perhaps a grant for living expenses awarded. These courses are marked with a ‘£’ on the list above. Students from Scotland (and the EU – see below) who meet the eligibility requirements of SAAS may receive funding if they take up a place on one of the courses. Because there are a limited number of funded places available, you should apply for the course as soon as possible. Whenever we make you an unconditional offer of a place (normally when you have completed your undergraduate honours degree), Napier will forward your name to SAAS as one of the list we recommend for funding.
