in the uk there are lots of helplines but they also have email if you live outwith the uk if you just go to their websites eg www.breathingspacescotland.co.uk www.samaritans.org Writing down everything in an email might also help you feel better – its a way of getting it off your chest without having to face someone, however they can only help you so much. If things are really bad you should really see your doctor (and once youve typed it all out to a stranger, your one step closer to being able saying it all face to face). I know that going to your doctor can seem like the most difficult thing in the world when your feeling like that, but they see plenty of people who are suffering from depression and the like, and they know better than to judge someone for it, they understand it as being like an illness.
