Is there any follow-up offered to schools receiving the kit?
Yes! Registering the kit will provide additional resources to the staff member that received the kit. As well, GLSEN’s Research Department is conducting an assessment on the use and impact of the kits. Depending on the school location, local GLSEN chapters may be able to provide follow-up support and/or training. If the school has a Gay-Straight Alliance (GSA), GLSEN will be reaching out to these students to offer ideas for additional activities. If interested in exploring additional ways to support the kits in schools, please contact GLSEN.
