Is there any financial help available towards the cost of installing central heating or insulation?
A. Depending on your circumstances, there may be grants available to you, either to install a heating system, or to install insulation measures in your house. Please contact the Energy Saving Trust on 0800 512 012, who will be able to advise you on what support may be available. Another source of funds may be through the government’s ‘Warm Front’ deal in England, which can give grants for packages of insulation and heating improvements up to the value of £2,700.
