For some people, dark circles are caused by subtle inflammation (such as from allergies you may not even know you have). If this is the case for you, you will find that dabbing a bit of zinc oxide (often the main ingredient found in diaper rash ointment) underneath your eyes before going to bed will help greatly. It works wonders for me. If your darkness is hereditary, maybe a dermatologist will be able to help.

If you’re refering to the dark circles you get under your eyes from lack of sleep, you can rub some egg whites on them which will dry the skin and stretch it out getting rid of the darkness.
