Zero, floors are prepared with the Dirt Dragon intensive cleaning machine which is similar to a carpet cleaning machine. It sprays cleaning solution, abrades with brushes (wet sanding) and extracts solution all in one pass. This is done three times with different solutions, removing dirt, loose and chipping finish to prepare surface for a new finish top coat.
