You won’t find any charts of density vs temperature for the solid state, but you could make your own using thermal expansion coefficients. High quality material data (which propably costs money, not avilaible free on the web) will give the change in expansion coefficient with temperature. But there is not much point in this, because the elastic strains in steel can easily be greater than the thermal strains, so the only useful concept of “density” is to take the volume of the material at some standard conditions, usually 20 deg C. Any “step change” in volume between solid and liquid will be important for manufacturing processes like casting, so that information should be available if it is a significant effect for steel. (but I don’t claim to know much about manufacturing processes) “high alloy steel” is much too vague a description. Density for different steel alloys varies between about 7300 and 8300 Kg/m^3.
