One of the specific concerns I have is whether or not an early action decision coming from the University requires an early response from the student. I’m assuming early action does not provide any benefit from an admissions standpoint, other than knowing early on what your status is with the University, and hopefully eliminating the work/angst/cost associated with submitting other college applications.
