Is there any difference in tampons and pads?

0

Pads go on the outside, sometimes they smell. Tampons go on the inside and don’t smell. The decision is yours, of course you have to change them just as constantly as a pad, but some girls feel they’re more comfortable. Some girls neglect to change their tampons frequently and could end up with an infection. Tampons don’t make you into an ex virgin, so don’t worry about that. Tampons are also easier to carry than pads.

Basically the difference is tampons are inside and pads are outside. Pads are messier, but are better as far as healthwise. Tampons are less noticable, but you can get TSS and it could possibly be fatal. i wear tampons and pads at night while i sleep, because you bleed less while your laying down and sleeping, so when you wake up you arn’t drowning in your own blood.

Tampons are less messy because they are inserted, so the blood doesn’t get everywhere. The main problem with them is that young girls are especially susseptable to Toxic Shock Syndrome. (there is info in every box of tampons about it). The other thing is that they can be uncomfortable and dry out your vagina – which is weird and not comfy. You may want to try Instead brand sanitary cups. They are also inserted like a tampon, but they do not absorb the blood, they collect it in the little cup. Sound weird but it is comfortable, never leaks, can’t cause TSS, and can be left in for about twice as long as a tampon – so there is less changing. Also there is absolutely NO SMELL. I don’t know about you, but I can smell pads and tampons and it’s gross. Here is a link to info http://www.softcup.com/product/frequentl… and one to where you can buy them online

Pads are recommened, but you may also use tampons..Tampons don’t leak but you have to change them up to 6-8 hour’s due to the high call volume of Tss {Toxic Shock Syndrom} Pads often slip and make you leak on your jeans, and may couse stains. Tampon’s you can “Pee” With the in up to 6 hour’s then change them. They also make different things then Tampons or Pads. menstural cups (moon cups) The Mooncup is a reusable menstrual cup around two inches long and made from soft silicone rubber. It is worn internally like a tampon but collects menstrual fluid rather than absorbing. Unlike tampons the Mooncup is not a disposable product, so you only need to buy one. The Mooncup will hold 30ml of fluid, which is roughly one third of the average total produced each period. A light seal is formed with your vaginal walls allowing your menstrual fluid to pass into the Mooncup without

The obvious difference is that tampons are inserted inside your vagina, and pads rest on your panties. Tampons are more convenient, and once you get used to them and learn to insert them properly, you don’t even feel them. There is, however, no need to change unless you desire to.
