Yes. The $5 flat-rate US shipping includes tracking, but the $5 flat rate Canadian shipping does not include tracking. In addition, Canadian orders take longer to arrive. If a short shipping time and tracking is important to you, we highly recommend you select UPS shipping instead of the $5 flat rate option.
