Is there any difference between aerobics and walking?

If you jog at night or in poorly lit area, you MUST carry a flashlight and shine it in front, especially when vague things are coming up, or curb, etc. I once twisted one foot completely to the reverse position in a fraction of one second by interacting unfavorably with a curbside drainage grating. Also nearly busted teeth, elbow, other stuff hitting the ground instantly. That stuff less likely with walking. But walking improves circulation to brain, health of lungs, overall fitness marginally compared with jogging or aerobics. My suggestion is to INCREASE walking in your daily life. Do NOT take car to convenience store nearby. Walk up the stairs when visiting office building or going about where you work. No points for that, it is the MINIMUM to do for your health and weight loss objective. No brownies points UNLESS you do AEROBIC exercise also. Means stuff that makes you breathe faster. Running around track at your current steady pace which may be very slow. Keep doing it. Push yours
