Is there any development of training for a Reiki Jin-Kei-Do Master?
It is the job of a Reiki Master to train as deeply as possible, to further themselves in personal growth and development and hence be able to offer help and guidance to their students from this viewpoint of the journey travelled so far by personal experience. To this end there is an additional training program within the lineage of Reiki Jin-Kei-Do called EnerSense. The first three stages help develop the practitioner of Reiki Jin-Kei-Do more deeply in the understanding of Reiki as it is experienced through the 3 degrees, through meditations, and practical activity. To reflect this journey and additional experience, I like to recognise this extra personal work a Reiki teacher has undertaken by using the term Senior Master Teacher to refer to a Reiki 3 Master teacher who has worked with the EnerSense system up to the level of Stage 3.
