The extended health plan provides for acupuncture treatments performed by a medical doctor or a registered acupuncturist payable to a maximum limit of $200 per individual per calendar year up to $500 per family per calendar year. If a 1 or 2 person family, only the individual limits apply. Hypnosis and laser treatments are not an eligible benefit.
