No, there is no “dress code” for teachers in the USA. The appropriate dress for school teachers is set by local school districts in USA, and there are over 25,000 of them. Where there are teacher’s unions, they do collective bargaining that may establish a dress code, often it is very vague, often only says that a teacher’s dress should meet professional standards, that means coat and tie. Some contracts specify less than that, even casual dress. Countries or places where dress codes are more specific would be in private schools or military schools. Often specific uniforms are worn then. But, even at the Air Force or Army military academies, if the teacher is a civilian, I expect they may teach before their students dressed (today) without a coat and tie.
