Assuming passage of the Governors proposed extension of the exemption for State operated, licensed and funded programs, Medicaid will reimburse services provided by licensed mental health counselors in the same manner as it will reimburse services in the OMH licensed clinics provided by any other apporoved, licensed practitioner.
