For Schedule Caste (including Adi Dravidars) applicants, 18% reservation is made in allotment of plot/flat/houses. For Schedule Tribe applicants, 1% reservation is made during allotment of plot/flat./house Further SC/ST applicants need to pay only 10% towards initial Deposit as against the normal 25% or more of the total cost.
