1. Until the recent superstar influx it was possible to call the ticket line of the Caja Madrid Bank on 902 324324 to pre-order up to 6 tickets and pay by credit card. It’s worth a try but don’t hold your breath as the line is usually engaged and if you do get through they never seem to have availability. If you are fortunate you can collect the tickets at the stadium or from a specified branch of Caja Madrid. 2. Ticket booths (“taquillas”) are located by gate 42 of the stadium (on C/ Concha Espina).
