Is there any change to the process for submission of death claims?
Yes. In general, Lincoln claims should still be submitted to the SDR, with the documents required. Please note the filing requirements and new fax number below. Memorial Service claims on or after 7/1/2011 should be submitted to the assuming carrier Investors Heritage Life Insurance Company.
