Streamside residents pay a hefty maintenance fee for the upkeep and insurance required on their pool. We at Woodcreek enjoy a negligible maintenance fee. Any agreement with Streamside to use their pool would require a substantial increase in our monthly fees, and Woodcreek residents have not supported that idea.
