Is there any chance Nomar Garciaparra would consider re-signing with the Red Sox?

Garciaparra had some great years with the Red Sox, but nobody denied that the relationship became a bit strained in his final few months with the team. Garciaparra had a great run in Boston and will go down as one of the finest all-around players in club history. But the relationship ended on July 31, and it would probably be a little awkward for both sides for it to be revisited. The coming season is going to be a proving ground for Garciaparra, as he tries to show he is a healthy player again. Boston is certainly not the ideal place for that story to play out.
