Yes, there is CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) course in India which is offered by IIBA. To take this certification, you need to have 7500 hours of BA experience over the past 10 years & 900+ hours in at least 4 of the 6 core BABOK Knowledge Areas.

The International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) offers the Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Programme for experienced business analysts. This programme complies with ISO 17204 Standard. A CBAP is a recognised expert in identifying the business needs of an organisation to determine the appropriate business solutions. The CBAP Certification requires one to have five years (7500 hours) of business analysis work experience in the last 10 years, engaged in tasks specifically related to defined knowledge areas.
