You can start by adding friends and family to your facebook list of friends. Also, try searching for facebook groups that promote some of the things you are involved in. For example, party and wedding planners / special events. Join some of the local school groups if your business involves recent graduates. Use twitter as an alternative way to gain and promote your business. My wife has a four month old webpage and we’ve been monitoring the sources to her page.
