The PCRR Allocation Eligibility Form requires that NOIEs submit either a copy of the long-term contract or proof of owned Generation Resource. Documentation that ERCOT will consider as proof of Generation Resource ownership includes, but is not limited to; Board of Directors Resolution, Construction Contract, Certificate of Completion of Construction, Property Tax Statements, Insurance Policies Listing the Generation Resource and Audited Financial Statements.
