A – Yes, an international departure tax is payable by all travellers leaving Myanmar. It is not included in the price of your flight ticket. It is currently USD 10 per person (for adults and children older than 2 yrs – infants are exempt) payable in US Dollars and must be purchased at the airport before departure, so keep some cash on hand. For domestic flights taxes are already included in the price of your ticket.
