An upgrade from ApplixWare 4.3 or 4.3.7 to 4.4.1 Deluxe will become available on Sept. 28, 1998, for $79. Its installer will produce a usable 4.4.1 binary only if you have 4.3 or 4.3.7 installed on your hard drive. Orders are now being accepted. Aside from the requirement of 4.3/4.3.7 being on your hard drive at installation time, the “ApplixWare Upgrade” is identical to the ApplixWare Deluxe package.
