Is there an overall quality threshold to be met by any proposal?
No, there is not such an overall quality threshold. The evaluation of the quality of the proposals and the financial evaluation are conducted according to the Evaluation Grid. However, any proposal that has not been awarded a minimum score of 12 points for the Section “Financial and operational capacity” will not be taken into consideration for funding. Also, any proposals that has not been awarded a minimum score of 20 points for the section “Relevance” will not be taken into consideration for funding.
