Is there an opportunity for “lessons learned” when TRW does not recommend an LBR issue?
After the completion of the legislative session and passage of the General Appropriations Act, copies of the written analyses and recommendations for each agency’s LBR issues are available upon request. Agency or legislative staff may also request a face-to-face de-briefing to convey TRW observations and discuss the rationale used to derive any findings, concerns, and recommendations related to the agency’s IT budget issues.
