You can use the search engine at Abebooks to locate the names of dealers who have the book you want in stock and available for sale. Since Abebooks lists dealers from several countries, you can restrict your search to your country of residence. Since I live in Canada and find customs a bother, especially with shippers like UPS who do not provide decent brokerage services, I can limit my search only to sellers in Canada from whom to make my purchases. I have used Abebooks several times to locate out of print books and can wholeheartedly recommend it. You will find that dealers price used books all over the map, so you may find yourself with a choice of books ranging from $10 to $100 for the same title.
