Canada has assessments tests you can take, to see if you are eligible use the eligibility tool to get an idea of whether your application would be eligible for processing, http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/s… try a self-assessment test to see if you might earn enough points to qualify. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/s… you also need to have the right job – a job that is in demand http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/s… if your job is NOT on this list, then you are NOT eligible to immigrate – of course you could always change your job.
