Is there an ongoing royalty and advertising fee?
Yes, but the first six months are FREE. The fixed based royalty fee for months 7-12 is $750 per month. The fixed based royalty fee for the second year is $850 per month. The fixed based royalty fee for the third year is $950 per month, and shall remain the same for the term of the 10 year franchise agreement. All advertising is done on a store to store basis by the operator. We strongly suggest that you spend $250.00 to $500.00 per month on advertising your location. Some time in the future we could switch to a national advertising fund that would include advertising on a national and local level.
