Is there an ongoing orientation program for new employees?
The Division of Human Resources offers a New Hire Orientation program every other week throughout the entire year. All new employees at any of Kent State University’s eight campuses are encouraged to attend within their first two weeks on the job. The orientation, which runs from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m., covers a wide range of issues and topics geared to help new employees be productive and satisfied in their new role. Registration for the orientation program is required.
