There is not as of 1/15/2016. I would expect one in the future. The site is not exactly perfect to use on a smartphone browser, but it is still usable. Hope this helps.

no, but you can always download a browser that has flash in it, like puffin. that way, you can use experts123 with all the functions like a desktop.
