Is there an initial fee to move into The Marshes of Skidaway Island?
Residents pay a one-time 90% refundable entrance fee that entitles them to the exclusive right to live in the residence and provides them access to, and complete use of, all of the amenities and services of The Marshes of Skidaway Island, including The Oaks Health Center. The entrance fee does not deliver title to the residence. If the resident leaves for any reason, 90% of the original entrance fee paid will be refunded to the resident or his or her estate.
