A. Yes, before we can begin your monthly service, we do require an initial clean up. The initial clean up fee is $25 for the first 30 minutes. If it takes longer than 30 minutes, a rate of $12.50 per 15 minutes applies. A FREE odor eliminator treatment is included with your initial clean up.
